The handle-mounted throttle lever provides safe starting and shutdown capabilities. Honda 4-cycle engines with recoil start are rugged and reliable and have been engineered to provide years of dependable operation.

Our reversible plate compactor is powered by a 4-cycle Robin engine. Its reversing feature via simple hand controls allows the operator to enter and exit a confined work area along the same path. The high position handle increases maneuverability around jobsite obstacles. Fully adjustable padded grip guide handles reduce vibration for maximum operator comfort. Reversible plate compactor also contains shock mounts that isolate the engine and prevent handle vibration.
