Bobcat Introduces Revolutionary New Roller Suspension System on Compact Track Loaders
Additional Compact Track Loader Models will Receive New Feature Throughout 2008
The latest in compact track loader undercarriage technology from Bobcat Company is a new compact track loader suspension system utilizing all-steel components to increase operator comfort without sacrificing durability.
Improved Operator Comfort
Anyone who operates equipment all day long appreciates it when they have a more comfortable experience. The new suspension system minimizes vibration with high-strength steel leaf springs that support rollers. Another feature is raised track idlers, which make the compact track loader easier to turn by requiring less steering lever effort.
Simplified Maintenance
It’s important to maintain the undercarriage of your Bobcat® compact track loader to maximize its life. The roller suspension system makes it even easier to keep the undercarriage frame free of debris with the following features:
- Increased clearance around
the drive sprocket for easier clean out - Enhanced undercarriage
design for improved debris shedding - New pressure washer access
holes for easier cleanout
The Bobcat roller suspension system does not require greasing or adjusting. Rollers are permanently sealed and lubricated with synthetic oil, requiring no regular maintenance to this part of the system.
In addition to improved operator comfort and simplified maintenance is a durable undercarriage that leads the industry. The Bobcat roller suspension system is the first with an all-steel design and steel imbed tracks. The forged steel rollers are suspended by high-strength steel leaf springs to reduce vibration.
The roller suspension system option is currently available on the Bobcat T320 compact track loader. Additional Bobcat compact track loader models will receive the option throughout 2008.
