New Bobcat 337, 341 and 435 Excavators Improved with Heavy-Duty X-Change System

X-Change System

X-Change System

New Bobcat® 337, 341 and 435 G-Series excavators now feature an improved heavy-duty X-Change® system. It not only increases the service life of the attachment mounting system but simplifies mounting and removal of attachments.

Unlike the spring-loaded latch used to secure attachments with the standard X-Change system, the new heavy-duty X-Change system uses a thru-pin.

The new X-Change system is designed for Bobcat attachments that feature a new, more durable one-piece cast interface instead of the multi-piece, fabricated and welded assembly interface used with the standard X-Change system. The new attachment interface also works with the standard latching X-Change system.

Previous 337, 341 and 435 Bobcat excavators can be upgraded with the new heavy-duty X-Change system. Also, the heavy-duty X-Change system can be adapted to fit attachments equipped with the fabricated attachment interface. At the same time, older attachments can be converted to accommodate the new heavy-duty X-Change system.

The Bobcat 325, 328, 331, 331E, 334 and 430 excavators will continue to offer the standard X-Change system. However, the fabricated attachment interfaces used with these machines have been converted to the new cast interface.
