New Joystick Control Option

With the new Bobcat Selectable Joystick Controls (SJC) you can choose either the ISO or conventional skid-steer “H” control pattern just by pushing a rocker switch in the cab:

• Choose the ISO pattern and the left joystick operates the drive function and the right joystick controls the lift and tilt functions.

• Select the H pattern and the left joystick controls the left wheels and lift arm functions, while the right joystick controls the right wheels and the attachment tilt function.

A blinking indicator light on the instrument panel identifies the pattern that has been selected. Either way, you enjoy the ease and comfort of state-of-the-art, low-effort joystick controls.

The selectable joystick controls also include a creep function button to choose either of two low-range travel speeds, even for Bobcat loaders without the high-range travel speed option. Inching control mode limits top speed to 4 mph but gives you full hydraulic flow and power for precise movements with high torque. Or you can select normal low-range speed for a maximum travel speed of 7 mph.

Selectable joystick controls are currently available for the Bobcat S220, S250 and S300 skid-steer loaders.

This is the newest control option for Bobcat skid-steer loaders. Bobcat Company continues to deliver what customers desire: Standard Controls, Advanced Control System (ACS) and the new SJC. The ACS allows you to select hand or foot controls for lift and tilt functions by simply pressing a switch.
