New Ride Control Option

Ride control is a new dealer-installed accessory for several Bobcat® skidsteer loaders—753 through S300 models, and all compact track and all-wheel steer units.

The ride control feature takes the bounce out of load-carrying work, whether you’re traveling over rough ground, turning sharply or stopping quickly. It also eliminates jerking if you stop the lift arm quickly as you’re lifting or lowering a load.

The system has a nitrogen accumulator in the lift arm hydraulic circuit that gives and takes oil to absorb the shocks. Ride control boosts productivity by minimizing spillage of dirt, sand, gravel and other loose materials from buckets and loss of palleted materials such as blocks or potted plants. The smoother ride also reduces operator fatigue and wear and tear on the machine.
