Honoring America’s Heroes

Bobcat equipment played an integral part in the annual Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) “Renewal and Remembrance” day at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va., on July 13, 2009. Metro Bobcat, a Bobcat dealership with multiple locations in the Washington, D.C., area donated use of five Bobcat® S250 skid-steer loaders and a 331 compact excavator and attachments to move pallets of lime before landscapers spread the material on the cemetery grounds. Volunteers from planet and the tree care industry association gather every year to donate their time to help beautify the cemetery. This year marked the 12th event at Arlington National Cemetery.
