Combining the strength, agility and speed of a skid-steer loader with the extended reach of a forklift, the multipurpose VersaHandler® telescopic tool carrier (TTC) saves you time and labor using a variety of Bobcat® attachments. This compact, easy-to-operate machine is the smart alternative to small and mid-size articulated loaders and tractor loaders, whether you’re digging and grading, lifting and carrying or picking and placing materials.

The diesel-powered VersaHandler TTC is available in three models with a choice of attachments ranging from buckets and a bale handler to an angle broom and a grapple. It’s ideal for a wide range of jobs—backfilling and placing trusses at construction sites, stacking bales and feeding silage on farms, sweeping leaves and removing snow from city streets and parking lots and much, much more.

The telescopic boom can lift and dump higher and reach and dump farther than a similar size or even larger fixed-boom loader to save you valuable time. The rigid, light and strong unitized frame handles heavier payloads than a tractor loader or articulated loader for more productivity. It easily out-maneuvers traditional wheel loaders and tractor loaders with its choice of three steering modes: all-wheel steer to move quickly in tight areas and around obstacles; crab steer to position itself precisely in close quarters and front wheel steer for good control at road speeds.

This hard-working machine is also designed for easy, convenient operation. One step up and you’re in the cab, where the low-mounted boom and side-mounted engine give you a clear view all around. You control lift and tilt functions with a single joystick that includes thumbwheels for extending and
retracting the boom, and operating the auxiliary hydraulics—including the hydraulic Quick-Tach. Using the single shuttle lever you can smoothly shift the heavy-duty, industrial-style hydrostatic transmission on-the-fly between low and high speed ranges.

The V518 is the right size for a broad range of jobs. The rear pivot position of the two-section telescopic boom offers superior digging ability and excellent reach at maximum height. Use the standard hydraulic Quick-Tach to hook up and disconnect attachments without leaving the comfort of the roomy, climate-controlled cab. Dynamic braking is handy for inching your way up and down slopes.
