Baked Macaroni and Cheese

1 can (10 3⁄4 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup
1⁄2 soup can milk
1⁄8 tsp. ground black pepper
2 cups hot cooked corkscrew or medium shell pasta
1 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 Mix soup, milk, black pepper and pasta in 1-qt. baking dish.
2 Mix bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over pasta mixture.
3 Bake at 400°F. for 20 min. or until hot.
Serves: 4

Country Chicken Casserole

1 can (10 3⁄4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup or fat free cream of celery soup
1 can condensed cream of potato soup
1 cup milk
1⁄4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1⁄8 tsp. pepper
4 cups cooked cut-up vegetables*
2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
4 cups prepared herb seasoned stuffing
1 Mix soups, milk, thyme, pepper, vegetables and chicken in 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with stuffing.
2 Bake at 400°F. for 25 min. or until hot.
Tip: *Use a combination of cut green beans and sliced carrots.
Serves: 5

Beef Taco Bake

1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3⁄4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
1 cup chunky salsa or picante sauce
1⁄2 cup milk
6 (8 in.) flour tortillas, cut into 1 in. pieces or 8 (6 in.) corn tortillas, cut into 1 in. pieces
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 Cook beef in medium skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
2 Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon into 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Cover.
3 Bake at 400°F. for 30 min. or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Serves: 4

Pork Chops and Stuffing Bake

4 cups corn bread stuffing
1 1⁄4 cups water
4 tbsp. butter
6 boneless pork chops, 3⁄4 in. thick 1 can (103⁄4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup (regular or fat free)
1⁄3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Prepare stuffing using water and butter according to package directions.
2 Spoon stuffing across center of 13 x 9 x 2 in. shallow baking dish. Place chops on each side of stuffing.
3 Stir soup and milk in bowl. Pour over chops. Cover.
4 Bake at 400°F. for 30 min. or until done. Sprinkle with cheese.
