- PaYS is a program designed to create partnerships between the U.S. Army and America’s business community to help prepare soldiers for their future.
WEST FARGO, N.D. (Oct. 21, 2024) – Bobcat Company, a global equipment, innovation and worksite solutions brand, is partnering with U.S. Army Partnership For Your Success (PaYS) to connect current and transitioning military personnel with job opportunities.
PaYS is a program designed to create partnerships between the U.S. Army and America’s business community to help prepare soldiers for their future. Through the PaYS program, participating companies such as Bobcat guarantee soldiers an interview for employment consideration.
All Bobcat corporate locations across the U.S. are participating in this program, which includes Aurora, Colorado; Buford, Georgia; Litchfield, Minneapolis and Rogers, Minnesota; Statesville, North Carolina; Bismarck, Fargo/West Fargo, Gwinner and Wahpeton, North Dakota; and Johnson Creek, Wisconsin.
PaYS is one of several organizations Bobcat partners with to connect with a diverse pool of individuals. Bobcat additionally works with WayUp, an organization dedicated to helping organizations recruit diverse early-career candidates.
