Attachment Integration
Smart hydraulics allow Bobcat machines to identify the attachment and lock out non-required functions (like high flow) to limit damage to attachment and machine.
When it comes to performance, Bobcat skid-steer loaders and compact track loaders are in a class by themselves. Each component – including the engine, pumps and hydraulic system – is engineered to deliver maximum hydraulic performance. For you, that means faster cycle times and better jobsite productivity.
Smart hydraulics allow Bobcat machines to identify the attachment and lock out non-required functions (like high flow) to limit damage to attachment and machine.
This optional system provides additional hydraulic power to boost production of attachments like the Bobcat flail cutter, trencher, planer and stump grinder. Machines with this option have two flow ranges so attachments that require lower flow can still be used by selecting standard flow mode.
With Bobcat loaders, you can feel and control the loader’s drive, engine torque and tractive effort – so you can push your machine to the limit without an engine anti-stall system robbing you of power when you need it most.
High-efficiency hydraulic pumps deliver more power matched to demand and provide better breakout forces.
Hydraulic pumps in Bobcat loaders are matched to cylinder size and loader lift capacity to provide fast cycle times that help you get the job done faster.
Optional dual-direction bucket positioning keeps the load at a consistent angle throughout the lift cycle – both up and down – to reduce spilling which increases efficiency and improves ease of operation.
Only Bobcat offers a compact loader that delivers three hydraulic flow options in one machine, setting a new industry benchmark in performance and attachment versatility.
The T86 compact track loader and S86 skid-steer loader take attachment versatility to a new level with standard-flow, high-flow and super-flow hydraulics. These machines can power standard-flow and high-flow attachments as well as attachments specifically designed for super-flow hydraulics. High-flow and super-flow hydraulics are optional features.
T86 compact track loaders and S86 skid-steer loaders equipped with high-flow and super-flow hydraulics feature Premium Power Performance - an exclusive electronic displacement control pump that boosts productivity by distributing power more efficiently. This intelligent power management system improves engine-to-workgroup efficiency, distributing more power where and when it’s needed during multi-tasking operations. The electronic control system makes the T86 and S86 highly controllable and extremely efficient. Smoother, faster control - with maximum power when you need it most - means more heavy-duty work done per day.
On construction jobsites, you’ll appreciate the benefits of hydraulic performance when digging into a pile, where you’re pushing, lifting and tilting, all at the same time.
Whether you’re in dairy, beef, or crop production, hydraulic horsepower contributes to better performance when using multiple loader functions at once - like loading manure or feed.
On landscaping jobs, you’ll notice hydraulic horsepower when digging and lifting into heavy material in a pile, such as rock, sand, gravel, or soil.
You’ll appreciate the benefits of hydraulic performance when removing snow, where you’re pushing snow with a bucket, lifting and tilting it into a transport truck, all at the same time.
